My Faith Journey

This is the first Faithbooking Page that our new Scrapping and Stamping group at church made on Tuesday night. We meet on the last Tuesday of every month from 6:30PM to 9:30PM. We are located in Denver, North Carolina, so, if you are in the area and would like to join us next month, just let me know and I will get directions for you. Happy Weekend everyone. I am heading out on a beautiful Saturday morning and then coming home to do some crafting. I will be getting some things done for our upcoming Faithbooking night at the Lakeside Church of God in Denver, North Carolina. If you are in the area and you would like to join us, just let me know. Stamped Candle with CTMH Simple Beauty Stamp set and colored in with markers.

My Little Lady Lexie

This is My Little Lady Lexie. She got a bath yesterday in between grooming sessions, so, I decided to put her new dress on. A friend of my daughter's
bought the dress for her. I may be a little biased, but, isn't she just too cute?

Scrapping Today!

Today, I am going to be Stamping and Scrapping. It has been about a week and I need some creative therapy. Will post pictures of finished projects later. Today is HUMP Day meaning we are on the downward slope of the week. Hope everyone is having a great week so far.

New Look for My Blog

So,yesterday, I was Blog Hopping and noticed that the template I was using for my blog was also being used by at least three other sites. So, I decided to change mine. I still need to do a little tweaking here and there,but, would appreciate any comments to let me know what you think so far. H2H Challenge -Sketch

Our challenge this week is a sketch - here it is:


And this is my version: I used the Splendor Paper Pack(Goldrush, Heavenly Blue, Moonstruck, and Topiary). The dragonfly is from the Heartfelt Whimsy Die-Cut Sheets. The two diamonds(Dimensional Elements) are stamped with a flower from the A Huge Thanks Stamp Set. I also added some ruched ribbon on the side.

This is the latest Faithbooking layout I finished. I was asked to be a guest designer for this verse on www.faithfullyyours.net. I just submitted the layout this morning and have not had any response yet. I am kind of anxious to see if they liked enough to use it. If they do, it will a part of the e-zine they send out. Wish me luck.
